In a medium bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and brown sugar.
Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper, then whisk until smooth.
Season the marinade with additional salt and pepper to taste.
If the marinade is too thick, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.
Brush the marinade onto the meat or vegetables, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
