To assemble the tacos, place the taco shells on a plate and spoon in the seasoned ground beef.
Top with lettuce leaves, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve immediately, optionally with a squeeze of fresh lime juice or extra salsa.
