In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the grated garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the Dijon mustard, honey, and beer until smooth.
Add half of the chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.
Taste and adjust the chili powder to your desired level of spice.
Serve warm with grilled meats, vegetables, or burgers.
