Wrap the cooked kebabs in the lavash bread, then cut into approximately 2-inch pieces.
Heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan, then pour it over the beyti kebab.
Melt the butter and drizzle it over the tomato sauce-covered kebab.
Serve the Beyti Kebab with plain yogurt and sprinkled with fresh parsley. Enjoy hot!
