1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Smoked paprika
0.5 tsp Black pepper

10 g Fresh parsley

300 g Tomato sauce
200 g Plain yogurt

    Grate the onion and garlic, then mix them with the ground meat, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and finely chopped parsley.

    Thoroughly knead the mixture, then shape it into oblong kebabs.

    Heat a grill or skillet, and cook the kebabs over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until all sides are cooked through.

    Wrap the cooked kebabs in the lavash bread, then cut into approximately 2-inch pieces.

    Heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan, then pour it over the beyti kebab.
