Remove the cinnamon stick, then stir in the honey until completely dissolved.
In a large pitcher, add the washed blackberries and lightly crush them with a spoon to release their flavor.
Pour in the lemon juice and the flavored apple juice, then stir well to combine.
Top up with sparkling water and gently stir to avoid losing the fizz.
Serve in glasses, garnished with ice cubes and apple slices.
