Boil 500 ml of water, then pour it into a heat-resistant container. Add the black tea bags and let them steep for 3-5 minutes to allow the flavors to fully infuse.
Remove the tea bags, then add the honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
In a small bowl, crush the blackberries with a fork or in a mortar to release their juice, then add them to the tea.
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill completely.
Place ice cubes in a glass, then strain the chilled blackberry tea over them to prevent the fruit pulp from getting into the drink, while retaining all the flavors.
Garnish the glass with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices to enhance the refreshing effect.
