50 g Sugar
10 g Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
100 g Cold Butter
150 ml Milk
1 Egg
100 g Blackcurrants
1 packet Vanilla Sugar

    Preparation Steps

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

    Dice the cold butter and cut it into the flour mixture using a pastry blender or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Add the egg, milk, and vanilla sugar and quickly mix until just combined.
