Crumble the blue cheese into the ground beef mixture and mix well to ensure it's evenly distributed.
Divide the meat into four equal portions and form them into patties.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, until nicely browned and the blue cheese is slightly melted into the meat.
Halve the hamburger buns and lightly toast them in a dry skillet or on the grill.
Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each bun, then top with a lettuce leaf.
Place the blue cheese burger patty on top of the lettuce.
Add tomato slices, red onion rings, and pickled cucumber slices.
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with fries or a fresh salad.
