Combine the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into four equal-sized patties.
In a hot skillet, cook the patties in olive oil on both sides until golden brown. Towards the end of cooking, place a slice of blue cheese on top of each patty and let it melt slightly.
Halve the grapes and toss them with a little honey for a slightly caramelized effect.
Toast the inside of the burger buns in a pan until crispy.
Prepare the iceberg lettuce to be fresh and crisp.
Assemble the burger: place the iceberg lettuce on the bottom half of the bun, top with the blue cheese burger patty, and then layer on the honeyed grapes. Close with the top half of the bun.
