Thoroughly wash the blueberries and set aside. Tip: Gently wash the blueberries to avoid bruising them.
In a medium saucepan, pour in the apple cider, add the honey, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
Add the blueberries to the saucepan and heat the mixture over medium heat. Tip: Do not boil, to prevent the blueberries from losing their color.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to give the cider a pleasantly fresh taste.
Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes off the heat to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the cider before serving and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Arrange the blueberries artfully in the glasses.
