50 g Sugar
5 g Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
5 g Yeast
150 ml Lukewarm Water
500 ml Vegetable Oil (for frying)

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and yeast.

    Slowly add the lukewarm water, mixing until you have a thick, slightly sticky dough.

    Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour to rise.

    In a large skillet or pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat (approximately 340°F or 170°C).
