500 g Beef chuck
3 Beets
2 Carrots
1 Onion
3 cloves Garlic
200 g Cabbage
2 Tomatoes
2 Potatoes
1.5 liter Water
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 Bay leaves
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
1 bunch Fresh dill
200 g Sour cream

    Place the beef chuck in a pot with cold water. Add the bay leaves and salt. Simmer over low heat until the meat is tender.

    Meanwhile, peel the beets, carrots, and potatoes, then cut them into thin strips. Slice the cabbage thinly, and finely chop the onion and garlic.

    Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onion and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes until softened.

    Add the beets and carrots to the skillet, drizzle with vinegar, and sauté for a few more minutes.

    Remove the cooked beef from the broth. Strain the broth and return it to the pot.

    Add the sautéed vegetables, potatoes, cabbage, and sliced tomatoes to the broth. Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
