Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together over a double boiler or on low heat, then let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then pour in the chocolate mixture and combine well.
Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then gently fold together until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is set but the center is still soft and slightly gooey.
Let cool completely in the pan, then cut into squares and serve.
