Add thinly sliced red onion and crumbled blue cheese for a more intense flavor.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh, finely chopped parsley. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
