20 g Fresh yeast
300 ml Warm water
100 g Butter
30 ml Olive oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar

    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water, then let it stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture. Mix well.

    Add the softened butter and knead the dough until it comes together. If needed, add a little more water to achieve a pliable dough.

    Place the dough in an olive oil-greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

    Pour the risen dough onto an olive oil-greased baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

    Let the dough rest for another 30 minutes to rise slightly. Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crispy.
