Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create thinner cutlets. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cutlets and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side, until they have nice grill marks and are cooked through.
Meanwhile, slice the hamburger buns in half. Toast them in a dry skillet or lightly brushed with olive oil until the insides are golden brown.
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves, then toss them with the Caesar dressing, ensuring each leaf is coated.
Assemble the burgers: Place a generous portion of Caesar salad on the bottom bun, followed by the grilled chicken breast. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and top with the other half of the bun.
Serve immediately, preferably with French fries or a fresh side salad. Tip: For an even richer flavor, add crispy bacon bits!
