Add the blueberries to the warm milk and stir, gently crushing them to release their color and flavor.
Stir in the caramel syrup, honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
Strain the milk for a smoother texture, or leave the blueberry pieces in for a more rustic experience.
Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream, if desired. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries.
Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon and serve immediately!
