Thinly slice the Char Siu pork and set aside.
Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then arrange the Char Siu pork slices evenly across the pizza.
Sprinkle the top of the pizza with the local Chinese spices and drizzle with a little sesame oil.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped scallions and cilantro, then slice and serve.
