Cheese and sour cream scones served

Cheese and Sour Cream Scones

Cheese and sour cream scones are a classic Hungarian savory pastry, characterized by their exceptionally soft and light texture. The addition of sour cream not only enhances the softness of the dough but also imparts a pleasantly mild flavor, while the cheese makes the scones crispier and more flavorful. These scones are quick to prepare, making them an ideal choice as a welcome bite for guests, a snack, or alongside a hearty soup. With their crispy exterior and crumbly interior, everyone will love them, and they are guaranteed to disappear quickly from the table.
