Prepare the ingredients. Melt the butter, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and the grated apples.
Add the whisked eggs, melted butter, milk, and chestnut puree. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.
Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan, then pour in the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown.
Once baked, check for doneness with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready.
Let it cool, then slice and serve. You can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
