Gradually add the water, kneading until a smooth and elastic dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a deep dish pan or cake pan by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
Roll out the dough and line the pan, allowing the edges to extend slightly over the rim.
Fill the dough with grated mozzarella, then pour over the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with dried oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, and drizzle the top with a little olive oil.
Bake the pizza for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is hot and bubbly.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes after baking, then slice and serve immediately.
