500 g Chicken breast fillets
4 Brioche burger buns
100 g Fresh baby spinach
80 g Feta cheese
4 szelet Cheddar cheese slices
4 levél Lettuce leaves (Romaine or Iceberg)
1 db Tomato
1 db Red onion
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil

    Preparation Steps

    Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cutlets and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes per side, until they develop nice grill marks and are cooked through.

    During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each chicken breast. Cover the pan or grill to allow the cheese to melt.

    Meanwhile, halve the burger buns and toast them in a dry skillet or lightly brushed with olive oil until golden brown on the cut sides.

    In a bowl, combine the fresh baby spinach with crumbled feta cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice. Set aside.

    Prepare the vegetables: slice the tomato and red onion into thin rings.

    Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the toasted sides of the burger buns.

    Assemble the burgers: on the bottom bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cheesy chicken breast, the spinach and feta mixture, tomato slices, and red onion rings. Top with the other half of the bun.

    Serve immediately, preferably with sweet potato fries or a fresh salad. Tip: For an extra layer of flavor, add a drizzle of balsamic glaze to the spinach mixture!
