Meanwhile, clean the broccoli and cut it into florets. Cook in boiling, lightly salted water for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Drain the cooked broccoli and transfer it to a bowl. Add the minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
Serve the chicken breast with the garlic broccoli, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
