Once the sauce starts to thicken, stir in the grated cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and pour the cheese sauce over them. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve the chicken breast with cheese sauce over steamed rice, roasted potatoes, or fresh vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
