Cook the dry pasta in lightly salted, boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the chicken breast into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the diced chicken breast, sprinkle with Hungarian sweet paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sour cream, and the cooked chicken mixture.
Lightly grease a baking dish with oil. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a fresh salad for a complete and satisfying meal.
