In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), or prepare a grill. Bake the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until fully cooked, or grill over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Once cooked, thinly slice the chicken. Reheat before serving if necessary.
Serve in pita bread or flatbread with fresh vegetables (such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion) and tahini sauce. You can also add hummus or a side salad.
