4 Chicken Drumsticks
200 ml Plain Yogurt
2 tbsp Tandoori Masala Spice Mix
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fresh Ginger
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sunflower Oil

    Clean the chicken drumsticks and make several deep cuts into the skin to allow the marinade to penetrate.

    Prepare the marinade: combine the yogurt, tandoori masala spice mix, crushed garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

    Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl, pour the marinade over them, and massage it in thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for the best flavor.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated chicken drumsticks on it.

    Bake the chicken drumsticks for 35-40 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. Turn them halfway through baking to ensure even cooking.
