Brew a batch of strong coffee, then let it cool to room temperature, or place it in the refrigerator for quicker chilling.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk, then add the finely chopped dark chocolate and cocoa powder. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate milk into a blender, then add the cooled coffee, honey or sugar, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, until you get a creamy and frothy consistency.
Pour the frappuccino into glasses, and top with whipped cream, if desired.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder. Serve immediately and enjoy!
