Lightly grease a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and spread it evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the edges start to lift from the pan, then flip and cook for another minute.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, re-oiling the skillet as needed.
For the chocolate sauce, heat the heavy cream, then add the finely chopped dark chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
