300 g Chorizo sausage
300 g Ground beef
1 Egg
50 g Breadcrumbs
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Smoked paprika
4 Hamburger buns
4 slices Cheddar cheese
1 Tomato
4 leaves Lettuce
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

    Finely dice or grind the chorizo sausage and combine it with the ground beef in a large bowl.
