Add the honey and ground cinnamon to the almond milk, and stir well to combine.
Use a milk frother or hand whisk to create a light and frothy texture in the almond milk.
Pour the espresso into a large mug, then slowly pour the frothed cinnamon almond milk over it.
Garnish the top of the latte with almond flakes and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Serve immediately to enjoy the latte warm and creamy.
