Bring 250 ml of water to a boil, then steep the black tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
In a separate saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over medium heat, being careful not to let it boil.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and a pinch of ground nutmeg to the warm almond milk, and stir to combine.
Pour the strained black tea into the almond milk mixture, and add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Stir in the honey, and simmer over low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the tea into a mug to remove the spices.
Garnish with sliced almonds and serve immediately.
