Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or in the microwave). Let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir well to combine.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the chocolate mixture, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the vanilla extract until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake; the brownies should be soft and fudgy in the center.
Let the brownies cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving.
