Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
