Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan, or line it with parchment paper.
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in the cocoa powder and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract, melted butter, milk, and cinnamon, then mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mixing gently until just combined and free of lumps.
Finally, stir in the melted chocolate mixture and combine until the batter is uniform in color.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate for extra flavor.
