Slice the orange into thin rounds for garnish.
In a saucepan, gently heat the apple juice with the cinnamon stick, cloves, and a pinch of nutmeg.
Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes to allow the spices to infuse.
Remove from the heat and stir in the elderflower cordial and honey. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Strain the drink, pour it into a large pitcher, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Before serving, top with sparkling mineral water, add ice cubes, and garnish with orange slices.
