Brew a strong coffee (such as espresso or filter coffee) and pour it into a large mug.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, but do not let it boil. Stir in the cinnamon and brown sugar to allow the flavors to meld together.
Use a milk frother or a hand whisk to froth the milk. If you don't have a milk frother, you can pour the milk into a tightly sealed jar and shake vigorously until foamy.
Pour the cinnamon-infused milk into the coffee, then gently spoon the milk foam on top.
