Heat the milk over medium heat. Add the fresh mint leaves and ground cinnamon. Stir well, allowing the mint to infuse into the milk.
Stir in the honey, if using, until completely dissolved.
Strain the mint-infused milk to remove the leaves. Pour into a tall glass.
Slowly pour the espresso into the glass, creating distinct layers in the latte.
Garnish with whipped cream, a cinnamon stick, and a fresh mint leaf. Serve immediately and enjoy.
