Wash the plums, then halve them and remove the pits.
In a saucepan, pour in the orange juice and add the chopped plums.
Add the cinnamon, honey, sugar, and lemon juice, then mix well.
Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the plums soften and the sauce thickens.
If desired, strain the sauce for a smoother consistency.
Serve the sauce with cakes, pancakes, or even meat dishes.
