In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the eggs and gradually whisk in the milk until you have a smooth batter.
Stir in the melted butter and continue mixing until the batter is homogeneous.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle for each pancake.
Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked pancakes on a plate.
Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve warm.
