500 g Plums
80 g Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
50 g Breadcrumbs
1 Egg

    Wash the plums, remove the pits, and chop them into small pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice to preserve their color and freshness.

    In a bowl, combine the plums with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
