In a large glass pitcher, combine the red wine and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Add the sliced fruit, then toss in the cinnamon sticks and cloves.
Stir in two tablespoons of honey, mixing well to allow the flavors to meld.
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the spices and fruit flavors to fully infuse.
Just before serving, pour in the sparkling mineral water and gently stir to combine.
Pour into glasses, add a few ice cubes, and garnish with orange slices or cinnamon sticks.
