Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, then pour it over the black tea in a teapot or mug.
Add a cinnamon stick and let it steep for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the tea, then stir in the honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Add the dark rum and mix well.
Pour the tea into a mug and garnish with a lemon slice on the rim.
