Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the pork for 6-8 minutes, until nicely browned and cooked through. Tip: Don't overcrowd the pan, or the meat will steam instead of sear.

Assemble the gyros: place tzatziki on the center of a pita, top with cooked pork, tomato slices, onion rings, and French fries to taste. Tip: Classic Greek gyros always includes a few French fries.
