In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
Melt the butter, then add it to the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and knead until you have a smooth, moldable dough.
Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in the shredded coconut until fully coated.
Place the finished balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Before serving, arrange them on a pretty plate and garnish with extra shredded coconut or chocolate shavings, if desired.
