150 g Granulated sugar
100 g Unsalted butter
120 ml Milk
2 Eggs
100 g Shredded coconut
1 tsp Baking powder
1 packet Vanilla sugar

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C), or 320°F (160°C) if using a convection oven. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.

    Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar and vanilla sugar until you have a creamy mixture.

    Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add this to the butter mixture.

    Gradually add the milk, mixing until you have a smooth batter.

    Fold in the shredded coconut.

    Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
