Roll out the pizza dough into a thin, even circle. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch (1-2 cm) border around the edge.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Then, arrange the ham slices and fresh pineapple chunks on top.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and dried oregano.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy the unique combination of coconut and pineapple!
