2 Black tea bags
200 ml Coconut milk
40 g Honey
1 l Water
15 Ice cubes
5 leaves Fresh mint

    Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, then remove from heat and steep the black tea bags for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags.

    While the tea is cooling, prepare the coconut milk mixture. Thoroughly whisk the coconut milk with the honey until smooth.

    Add the honeyed coconut milk to the lukewarm tea and stir well. Let cool to room temperature.

    Refrigerate the mixture and let it chill completely for at least 2 hours.

    To serve, pour the iced tea into glasses filled with ice cubes, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Add extra coconut milk to taste.
