Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, gently mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar or sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
