Wash the cranberries, and prepare the orange juice and orange zest.
In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, water, honey, and brown sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the cranberries, orange zest, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves, then stir well to combine.
Cook the mixture over low heat for 10-12 minutes, or until the cranberries have softened and started to burst.
Let the glaze cool slightly, then use an immersion blender to purée until smooth.
Serve with meats, cheeses, or desserts, or store in a sterilized jar in the refrigerator.
